David Theobald

David is a Director of Grant Mills Wood and a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors who studied Property Development and Planning at the University of the West of England, Bristol before joining Grant Mills Wood while on placement in 2008/09. After successful completion of his studies in 2010 he re-joined Grant Mills Wood on a permanent basis.
David is involved in all aspects of general practise surveying across a variety of property disciplines including Agency (acquisitions, disposals, marketing advice & coordinating marketing campaigns), Asset Management, Development Consultancy, Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews. Having worked with various property funds, investors, developers, public bodies, owner occupiers and various tenants throughout the M25 David has developed a broad base of knowledge.
Originally from Leicestershire but now living in SW London, David is a keen rugby player and skier.
