Grant Mills Wood acted for Network Rail in the delivery of 6 fully refurbished railway arches for alternative uses including A3 and A4.
GMW provided place making, lettings and strategic advice to NR to ensure the longevity and flow of the scheme. The arches were all let following completion of the refurbishment works to the following occupiers who have all been well reviewed in their own right (see hyperlinks):
Arch 250 – Sager & Wilde
Arch 251 – Residents of Paradise Row
Arch 252 – Mother Kelly’s
Arch 253 – London Cocktail Club
Arch 254 – Japanese Canteen
Arch 255 – Paradise 254
