Jonathan is a Director of Grant Mills Wood and a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors who studied Real Estate Management at Nottingham Trent University. After a spell at niche practice Gilbert Bath surveyors working in the Out of Town Retail market (2004), Jonathan joined Grant Mills Wood to focus on all aspects of general practice surveying.
Day to day Jonathan’s work includes a variety of property disciplines including, but not limited to; Agency (acquisitions & disposals), Asset Management, Investment, Development Consultancy, Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews.
Jonathan has worked with various property funds, investors, developers, public bodies, owner occupiers and various tenants throughout the M25 which provides a rounded knowledge across property sectors.
Jonathan and the team successfully advised Telereal Trillium and Blackstone (The Arch Co) on the £1.45bn acquisition of the Network Rail commercial estate portfolio.
Day to day, Jonathan works alongside Tony, David, Matthew and Fabian and enjoys working across London and the M25.
Jonathan is a sports enthusiast enjoying Skiing, Football, Golf, Table Tennis, Badminton although spends most of his time DIY-ing and gardening!
