John Stephenson has over 40 years experience in the industrial/business space and retail/leisure markets.
John is regularly appointed through the RICS or by the agreement of the parties to a dispute as Arbitrator/Independent Expert to act in Arbitration/Dispute Resolution cases.
John is also regularly instructed to provide evidence of the property market for arbitration cases, negligence claims and planning inquiries as well as advising on major redevelopment proposals for pension funds, private clients and owner occupiers. This advice has included site assembly, appropriate uses, viability assessments and marketing of completed schemes.
In addition to this development and marketing work, he has extensive rent review, lease renewal and valuation experience.
John is married, a regular visitor to Ireland and enjoys life in the countryside.
