Grant Mills Wood negotiated and agreed the rent reviews on the Holiday Inns in Eastleigh and Basildon keeping the increases on behalf of the tenant to a low level. The Holiday Inn, Mayfair, a flagship hotel in Berkeley Street Mayfair, had a recent rack rent review to open market rent value. After lengthy negotiations with the Landlord’s surveyor and failing to reach agreement, the revised rent was determined by an Independent Expert in favour of our client, the Tenant.
