Matthew Haines is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 15 years’ experience, predominantly in the industrial & logistics market and also across property sectors including retail and leisure having previously worked for JLL, King Sturge and HB Surveyors & Valuers.
Matthew is regularly instructed to act on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants dealing with a manner of professional work including Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Expert Witness work. Matthew has a vast experience of dealing with complex lease structures and navigating through the third party process where negotiations have failed.
Matthew enjoys various sports including cycling, running and occasional triathlons, although most of his time is occupied with his young family and DIY.
