Dispute Resolution
Grant Mills Wood are on the Panel of Surveyors from which appointments are made by the President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to act as either an Arbitrator or an Independent Expert in dealing with rent review disputes.
In addition, the same Directors accept private appointments to act in the third party disputes on a range of issues, including rental and capital values as well as technical issues in relation to the interpretation of leases.
The same Directors are also appointed to act in alternative dispute resolution processes such as Professional Arbitration on Court Terms (PACT).
